WHY WOMEN MUSTN'T SKIP THE BENCH AND A TRICK TO LIFT MORE WEIGHT

typical situation in every gym: for women everyday is a leg/butt/abs day. for men it's always chest day. this is why you see women with flabby arms and upper body and men with chicken legs. if you want to be fit, you must train the whole body.

most women think that benching is a man's job and are actually 'afraid' to bench because they think that their chest will disappear. this is so wrong. your boobs will disappear if your body tends to give up bodyfat mostly on the upper part. this is typical for women who tend to accumulate bf on lower body. but these women, at the same time, usually have flabby triceps and no shoulders. so what to do about it...bench! if you want beautiful round shoulders and toned triceps, you mustn't skip the chest day. plus, bench press is a compound movement that involves many muscles so the calorie/fat burn is so much higher.

and for those who are already familiar with the bench press, here's a little trick for improvement: work on your biceps! the hammer curl especially significantly targets the brachioradialis which is the largest muscle in the forearm. developing this muscle will help you at the bottom of the bench press which is the hardest part of the exercise execution.
