can you imagine a brownie that tastes like the most fattening brownie in this world but in reality, it's so healthy that you can have it even on your diet?! that would be amazing, right?!

this is the healthiest brownie ever that won't spike your insulin, it's rich in fiber and protein....what else do you want from a brownie?!
this is what you need for 12 brownies:
6 egg whites
1 can of red kidney beans
1/2 cup of oat flour (you can use chocolate protein powder instead)
2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa
2 Tbs corn starch
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
50g (1.76 oz) dark chocolate chips (85% or more cocoa)
stevia
blend all the ingredients in a blender except the chocolate chips. stir in the chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
macros for 1 brownie (with oat flour):
4.7g protein, 9.5g crabs, 2.4g fats, 77.8 kcal
macros for 1 brownie (with protein powder):
7.9g protein, 7.1g carbs, 2.4g fats, 80.7 kcal
