WHAT'S REALLY IN YOUR JUICE...

100% natural, no preservatives... beware juice drinker... there's sth missing on the ingredient list....mold! yap, you read that right. no preservatives means that if the juice comes in contact with air because of a damage to its packaging, fungus start to grow.

natural flavor? this is just a term to describe anything used add flavor that has been approved by the FDA. nothing really natural in it.

added vitamins and minerals? when fruit goes through a pasteurizing/ cooking process, it loses all the nutrients. this is one reason why vit and minerals are added to juices. but another more important reason is marketing... this simply makes you think that the juice is healthy and you ignore the unhealthy part: sugar. but how much of that juice would you relly need to drink in order to get a decent amount of those vit& minerals? probably 2-3 bottles...

made from concentrate.... ok, do you really think that peach juice can be produced all year around from real peaches?! once the fruit arrives at the plant, it is juiced but then the water is removed... so you get a juice concentrate. when they need to produce a certain juice flavor, they simply add water to the concentrate... and voilĂ , the juice is back!

colors & dyes.... these are added to many juices to make them look more natural.

100% juice with no added sugar... yes, whatever! read the label, people... if the foods don't contain sugar, they certainly contain artificial sweeteners or another type of sugar which is still sugar (barley malt, beet sugar, brown sugar, cane sugar, caramel, carob syrup, corn syrup, date sugar, dextran, dextrose, diatase, diastatic malt, ethyl maltitol, fructose, glucose, syrups, grape sugar, HFCS, honey, lactose, maltodextrin, maltose, mannitol, molasses, sorbitol, sucrose etc)

if you really need to...really need to.. drink juice, then make yourself a fresh juice at home. never ever buy juices.. they simply junk.
