A healthy snack - GREEK YOGURT WITH STRAWBERRIES AND OATS

mid-morning snack: greek yogurt mixed with pure stevia and topped with strawberries & oats...yum!

why is it good for you?
-greek yogurt is rich in protein and probiotics which are good for your gut.
-strawberries are rich in antioxidants and 1 cup contains 13% of the RDA of dietary fiber and an incredible 136% of the RDA of vitamin C.
strawberries also fight against many inflammatory disorders, such as osteoarthritis, asthma and atherosclerosis in the same way that the drugs aspirin and ibuprofen do. strawberries, however, do not carry unwanted side effects like stomach and intestinal bleeding!
-oats are rich in fiber and they increase the appetite-control hormones. oats also reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes by keeping the insulin levels under control
