Citrus Summer Pancake |
1/2 cup orange-lemon sauce (baby food), unsweetened
pure stevia
3 egg whites
vanilla extract
orange or lemon peel (optional)
1/3 cup oat or buckwheat flour
1/2 scoop whey isolate (unflavored or vanilla)
cinnamon
pinch of salt
Bake over low heat covered with a lid. Enjoy spread with organic preserves or just sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia. Unsweetened cacao works great, as well. Makes a yummy breakfast
