Moist Protein Brownies |
blend together:
4 egg whites
1tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup unsweetened cacao
120g/ 1cup oat flour or buckwheat flour, wholegrain
2 scoops chocolate whey isolate
200ml/ 6.7oz (about 3/4 cup) skim milk
360g/ 12.7oz light quark cheese or creamcheese
pure stevia
vanilla extract
2 Tbsp dark rum
pour into a deep baking dish and bake for about 15 min at 180°C/ 350°F. make sure that the center remains moist. let cool and slice into 24 squares.
serve cold with coffee mixed with unsweetened cacao, pure stevia and 1/2 scoop whey. enjoy!
1 serving is 2 squares: 124 calories/ 12.9g carb/ 3.7g fats/ 12.6g protein
