for the salad:
lettuce
arugula

red kidney beans
tuna canned in water
1 oz/ 30g gorgonzola or blue cheese
1 oz/30 g avocado
1 hard boiled egg
radishes
red bell pepper
garlic
black pepper
sea salt
balsamic vinegar & cider vinegar

this salad is kinda rich in fats (20g) so make sure you limit the fat intake during the day.
why is it good for you:
-rich in fiber and very filling
- avocado ids rich in monounsaturated fats which lessen your LDL cholesterol, which is harmful to your body. avocado is also very rich in fiber which will lower the Gi of the meal and keep you full for longer. rich in vitamins B, K, E.
-black rice contains the same antioxidant found in blueberries. very rich in iron and fiber.
-radishes: very good for the liver and the stomach. they detoxify the blood. very rich in indigestible carbohydrates which facilitates digestion, retains water, cures constipation and relives piles. radishes increase production of urine and cures inflammation and burning feeling during urinating. it also cleans the kidneys and inhibits infections in kidneys and urinary system. help cure skin disorders, respiratory disorders, brings down the body temperature and relieves inflammation due to fever. can be used as an effective treatment for insect bites, stings of bees, hornets, wasps etc. its juice also reduces pain and swelling and soothes the affected area. radish is also a mouth and breathe freshener, laxative, regulates metabolism, improves blood circulation, is a good treatment for headache, acidity, constipation, nausea, obesity, sore throat, whooping cough, gastric problems, gallbladder stones, dyspepsia etc.
-gorgonzola cheese: rich in calcium, potassium, protein, B-complex, vitamin D, antioxidants. in the middle ages it was used to cure gastrointestinal conditions and it was believed that who ate it also lived longer.
