for the pancake:
3 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 tsp chia seeds
stevia
for the choco-almond spread:
1tbs almond butter, unsweetened
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
stevia
for the cream cheese
creamcheese Stevia
bake the pancake, spread it with the almond spread and add cream cheese on top. fold in half. sprinkle with more stevia if you wish. serve hot. yum!
