1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup cream cheese (non-fat)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp baking powder or cream of tartar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia
organic preserves for spreading
macros: 17.7g protein/ 22.8g carbs/ 2.3g fats
this breakfast keeps my 4-year old full till lunch time (breakfast at 8am, lunch 12pm) because it contains everything that a healthy breakfast should have... lean protein, dairy, fiber from the oats& fruit, sugars from the preserves.
