3 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup zucchini squash
1/2 lemon, juice
stevia
blend everything together and bake over medium heat. sprinkle with stevia or spread with cream cheese mixed with stevia for a cheese-cake-like protein pancake.
