don't really grill my veggies on a real grill.. i just heat a non-stick pan and sprinkle it with some salt. then i slice the zucchini in thin slices and arrange them on the hot pan. i let them cook on both sides for a couple of minutes.
broccoli was microwaved in a bowl covered with cling film. then i sauteed them with garlic, black pepper and salt. served with lemon juice.
fake pizza:
for the crust:
3 egg whites
1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
1 Tbsp oat flour
salt
i prepared the crust like a pancake and when it was almost done, i spread it with the tomato sauce, topped it with lean ham and some grated parmesan. very easy and quick.
