CARROT CAKE OATMEAL for a quick and nutritious breakfast

1 carrot
1 dl/ a little less than 1/2 cup oats
1 dl/ a little less than1/2 cup orange juice
1 dl/ a little less than 1/2 cup water
cinnamon
cardamom
pure stevia

mix everything together and microwave for 3 min.

topping:
low-fat or fat-free cream cheese
grated carrots (optional)
raisins (optional)
