Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1¾ cups almond or coconut milk
¼ cup flax oil
¾ cup zucchini
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup whole wheat pastry flour
½ cup flax seed meal
¼ cup oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of pure Stevia
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Pour about ¾ cup batter onto waffle iron and cook until browned.
